Membership-
A. Membership shall consist of residents and/or property owners
of the
Lemmon Valley area who have paid their
dues.
B. Members in good standing may vote in all association elections,
and
may hold elective office. New
members (those joining after
September 1, 1995) will have full membership
status 10 days
after paying their dues.
Membership Dues
A. Effective September 1, 1995 to be a member in good standing
annual dues must be paid in the amounts of $12 per individual or $20 per
family.
i. Dues paid after the September meeting, shall be pro-rated based on the following table.
